Hollyoaks actor Angus Castle-Doughty posted a sweet tribute to girlfriend and co-star Niamh Blackshaw on her birthday.
The Eric Foster actor, who confirmed his relationship with the 24-year-old actress, shared a string of candid pictures of the birthday girl on Instagram.
Angus penned: ‘Happy Birthday to the 💫Whhick-ed-ly talented, one-and-only💫 Neville Blackbeard.
‘In a tough year you’ve been a non stop bright spark. Happy Niamh day, you deserve it all ya absolute rocket.’
We’re sure Niamh (Juliet Nightingale) was feeling the love as she replied: ‘still gets me x,’ alongside some laughing emojis.
‘Beautiful photos Angus, Niamh look so happy. Happy Birthday,’ commented one of Angus’ followers.
Another chimed in: ‘Happy birthday @niamhblackshaw i hope you have an amazing day beautiful girl i hope @anguscastledoughty spoils you love you lots lovely.’
A third added: ‘Happy birthday! Have the best day!! Lovely photos! You pair are too cute.’
This comes after the pair shared their highlights from their trip to Kefalonia in Greece.
Over on Twitter Angus previously posted about their relationship.
‘2022 saw me move to the other side of the country, take the biggest step in my career, a relationship end and a relationship start. I also bought a sleeveless shirt, so… every cloud,’ he said.
Niamh joined Hollyoaks as Juliet Nightingale in 2018. Juliet recently cheated on the ‘girl of her dreams,’ Peri Lomax (Ruby O’Donnell) – but fans are hoping that the split between Juliet and Peri will only be temporary.
Angus is a more recent addition to the Hollyoaks cast, having joined as Eric Foster, the estranged brother of Tony (Nick Pickard) and Verity (Eva O’Hara) in March 2022.
