I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! has already kicked off with plenty of critters, gunk and some tears, but that’s not distracted from viewers wanting one celebrity booted out of the jungle.
The likes of Nigel Farage, Jamie Lynn Spears and This Morning’s Josie Gibson have joined Made In Chelsea’s Sam Thompson, Marvin Humes and Nella Rose Down Under.
Viewers have already threatened to boycott the show after being left less than impressed with Farage’s inclusion, as he’s rumoured to be breaking a record and becoming the highest-paid campmate ever.
But it’s not actually Farage who viewers want out of the jungle, as many have blasted another contestant for being ‘annoying’.
‘Sam Thompson is as annoying as I’d thought he be. We’ve got potentially three weeks of this. God help us!!’ one hit out.
Another said: ‘Oh Sam is gonna get really annoying really quickly.’
Someone else penned: ‘Sam Thompson stresses me out more than my 11 month old. He’s so loud.’
‘Can someone get Sam Thompson on the next flight out of Australia,’ another begged.
Others took delight in Sam’s energy, with one viewer saying: ‘If everyone had the same attitude to life as Sam Thompson the world really would be a nicer, kinder, place. He’s a stand out in this; and hope he does well, not only in this but in life.’
‘Golden retriever energy and I’m here for it,’ another person agreed.
Sam, who has not only bombarded the other celebs in hugs as soon as he met them but also proved to be the ultimate JLS fangirl, has previously revealed he was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD).
Ahead of his documentary Sam Thompson: Is This ADHD? earlier this year, Sam explained how his diagnosis left him ’emotional’ but was ‘a relief’ and he felt like a ‘weight lifted off my shoulders’.
He previously told Metro: ‘I think for me having ADHD works well with reality TV.
‘I love energy and when exciting things are happening. I think it makes me more charismatic.’
Talking about the difficulties he faced like struggling to pay bills, he added: ‘It’s terrifying. I get really panicky. It feels like the world is ending. I spiral out of control.’
I’m A Celebrity continues tonight at 9pm on ITV1 and ITVX.
